Kmcgraw You’ve seen the ads for these things all over the Internet. These programs purport to show you how you can earn money filing out simple three line forms all day online. You can make $3000 a month or more by doing this, they say, and they GUARANTEE it, of all things!
What they don’t tell you is that they are really introducing you to affiliate marketing, which by the way, is a genuine way to earn money online, and the typing that you’ll be doing is placing ads online, especially through Google Adwords.
The program is merely an ebook that provides you with some resources to get started in affiliate marketing, information that you can easily find online on your own for free. What it doesn’t tell you is that to really be successful at affiliate marketing, you have to spend some money on advertising costs, especially if you are going to use Google’s pay-per-click Adwords program.
Let me be clear: affiliate marketing in and of itself is not a scam and can be lucrative if you know what you are doing and have some money to spend on advertising. However, it is most definitely a scam to sell people a program claiming to help them get paid for DATA ENTRY online, when in fact it is nothing of the sort.
