What Kevin Johnson has managed to do is uncover a niche market that has an endless supply and an unstoppable, recession proof demand. This niche product is in such demand that sellers on Ebay don’t really compete with each other in the listings. On any given day you can find hundreds of listings for this product and practically all of them have bids on them.

Enter Ebay and sellers like Mr. Johnson. On Ebay you can find all the brands of testing strips for sale at cheaper prices than you can find at the pharmacy. There is still profit to be made on the testing strips, but at prices much more affordable by the public.

How the Ebay sellers, like Mr. Johnson,  are able to get testing strips cheaply enough that they are able to sell them for a profit is unclear. Evidence suggests that sellers are able to purchase the testing strips locally by placing Wanted ads in the local newspaper or on Craigslist, but whether or not this is the method taught by Mr. Ebay is not known.
