Getting traffic to your website is the staple of internet marketing. Without traffic , you can’t make sales or get leads, and without sales or leads, you can’t make money. This article will explain the 4 website traffic generation mistakes that are the most deadly to your internet business.

It can be hard to find a legitimate work from home business, especially with all of the scams out there. Yet, more and more people are turning to working for themselves as unemployment continues to rise to record levels across the nation.
1: Incentive-based marketing/freebie trading
Incentivized Freebie Websites (IFWs) are internet marketing websites that contain many advertisements(offers) for different products and services. The IFW is paid a commission each time an individual signs up to receive these products and services through that site.

With the economy continuing to decline, more and more people are being taken by work from home internet scams. It is sad to see, since the people who are the most vulnerable seem to be hit the hardest, and hopefully this post will help you avoid becoming another victim.
Online Data Entry Jobs
This is a very common work from home Internet scam you’ll see advertised out there. The sales page will say that for a small fee, you will get access to companies that pay you to fill out a simple form online. Sounds good, right? There’s one huge problem with this, though. The form the ad is referring to is the Google Adwords ad creation interface, and the companies they are referring to are Paydotcom, and Clickbank, which are affiliate networks.

So, I’m browsing through the Warrior Forum last night and I come across this post where the guy is complaining about getting his articles rejected for being too short. He says his article was 350 words, which is 100 words over the minimum of 250 words per EZA’s guidelines, but the comment on rejection was that the article needs to be longer. Another Warrior links to this blog entry on EZA’s blog in answer to the original poster as to why he is getting rejected, even though he is within the guidelines.

CPA affiliates aren’t confined to making money just from the sales they generate. They are also able to make money from just the leads they generate, and as such marketing CPA affiliate offers is a lot easier than affiliate programs that only pay for actual sales.
Although CPA affiliate offers are easier to market than strictly pay-per-sale offers, the affiliate networks that have them are much harder to join than the networks which only offer the pay-per-sale flavor. Traditionally, only more experienced affiliate marketers have been able to get accepted.

Article marketing sucks…not! Ha ha! Got your attention, did I? Well, no, article marketing does not suck. In fact, article marketing is great and is one of the best ways to get traffic to your websites. I know that, and many other marketers know it, too, but instead of listing off a bunch of reasons why article marketing is so wonderful, I am going to tell my story and my experiences with it and you can decide for yourself.

I’m writing this post because there’s a particular forum that I am a member of, and it has nothing to do with internet marketing whatsoever. It is a gaming site, specifically, it is about digital rights management and gaming, yet, as the site grows in popularity, more and more people join simply to market their stuff.
